No animals (unless agreed upon prior to your visit, a pet fee of $35 per night per pet may apply). No parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside the home. If detected, we charge a $250 fine. Check-out time: 11 a.m. Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Only registered guests may stay overnight. As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $1,000. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Rest easy—reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to our damage waiver coverage. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this damage waiver.
